Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to our fulfilment partner within 1–2 working days of purchase.
Delivery time
Products ship from our fulfilment partner's international warehouse. Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 7–12 working days
- United States and Canada: 8–15 working days
- Europe: 8–15 working days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10–18 working days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 working days
Delivery can occasionally take longer around holidays or because of customs checks. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Taxes and duties
UK prices include VAT. Depending on your country, local customs may charge import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices.
