Privacy Policy (Welvyra)

Welvyra ("we", "us") is run by an independent seller based in North Macedonia. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit welvyra.com or place an order, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

When you browse: basic technical data (such as device, browser, approximate location from your IP address and pages viewed) collected by our ecommerce platform, and, only if you allow them in our cookie banner where consent is required, analytics and advertising cookies (see Section 6).
When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card number; payments are handled by our payment processor.

2. How we use it

To show prices in your local currency, process, ship and support your order, send order and delivery updates, prevent fraud, improve our website and measure how our adverts perform. We do not currently send marketing emails, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the store: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), our payment processor, our fulfilment partner (to pack and ship your order), and, only with your consent where required, Meta Platforms (the Meta Pixel, to measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts) and Microsoft Clarity (website analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

4. International transfers

We are based in North Macedonia and our service providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside your home country. Where the law requires it, for example for UK and EU customers, we rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. UK and EU residents have these rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR and can complain to their data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). California and other US residents may have similar rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising on our Your Privacy Choices page. 6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use essential cookies to run the store. Where the law requires consent (for example in the UK and EU), analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, only load if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
