Welcome to Welvyra (welvyra.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Welvyra is run by an independent seller based in North Macedonia. You can reach us at any time at support@welvyra.com.
2. Products and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images and prices accurately. Prices are shown in your local currency where available. UK prices include VAT. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery (see our Shipping Policy). We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or a pricing error. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
4. Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are fulfilled by our international fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and your right to cancel
Every customer can return an order within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. If you are a consumer in the UK, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Consumers in other countries keep any cancellation rights their local law gives them.
6. Product use and safety
Heating and warming products should be used as directed on the product packaging, always with a layer of clothing between the product and your skin, and discontinued if discomfort occurs. Our products are comfort and warming products, not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welvyra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where your law allows it.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
